Salsa Extra

Salsa Extra is a hard-hitting, energetic Bay Area based group performing the most danceable grooves from across Latin America. Eileen Torrez on vocals, Avo Chalaganyan on drums, Amy Levine on piano, Sean Norris on saxophone, Jules Anastasia on percussion, and Eli Torrez on bass collaborate to serve una mezcla de todo, like your favorite salsa. 

We cover artists from Celia Cruz and Hector Lavoe to Shakira and Marc Anthony, among many others. We pride ourselves on our facility with both Latin Jazz classics and modern Latin pop, and we would be happy to take any requests or genre preferences for your event.
